Shipping & Delivery Policy for Products

  1. We ship only in India and for domestic (India) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.
  2. Shipping is free above Rs.499 all over India, below that orders are charged Rs.50 for shipping.
  3. Orders are generally shipped on the next day but may take up to 3 – 7 working days depending on the number of orders and external factors from the date of placing the order and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
  4. Herbvilla.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 3 working days (done usually by next working day of placing order) from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.
  5. Delivery of all orders will be to address registered by the buyer at the time of placing the order.

Does herbalvilla.com save my credit/debit card information?

Herbvilla.com never stores your credit/debit card information. Your card information is securely processed with our payment gateway partners, which have a highly secured and trusted connection.

Are prices are inclusive of all taxes on the website?

Yes, the prices for all the products listed on the website are inclusive of all the taxes.

What is promo coupon?

To give you the best deals around, we occasionally issue promo coupons. It is a simple code which can be applied to get discounts.

Can i club two coupons in one purchase?

Multiple coupons cannot be applied at the same time.

Is Cash on delivery available at my pincode?

We have Cash on Delivery facility available at about 10,000+ pincodes in India, however, availability may change from time to time.

What is a payment gateway?

Payment Gateways are online payment processors who accept and validate Internet payments via Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, ATM-cum-Debit Card, Digital and Mobile Wallets, UPI, EMI, Mobile Payment modes from the end customers in real-time. They provide a secure link between our website, various issuing institutions, acquiring Banks and the payment gateway providers.

Currently, we have partnered with RazorPay  for accepting online payments.

How do I use promo code?

Once you are on the checkout page, simply add and apply the coupon you want to use.

Cancellation by Herbvilla:

  1. Please note that there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel.
  2. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being canceled include non-serviceable Pin code, limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department.
  3. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order.
  4. We may contact you if all or any portion of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to accept your order.

 

Cancellation by Customer:

  1. You can cancel your order before it is dispatched by send us message on our email. If you cancel your order before your product has dispatched, we will refund the full order amount.
  2. If the cancellation is after your product has been shipped, please contact our Customer Support and they will initiate your refund after deducting the convenience fee (minimum Rs.100 and can exceed depending upon your order) from the total amount paid.
  3. Refund will be initiated once we receive the product(s) back.

Return and Refund

  1. Wrong product delivered by Herbvilla to the customer: The customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the delivery time. We will reverse pickup of the item and will ship a replacement immediately or will initiate a refund as per the customer’s Interests but shall not be liable for payment of any interest thereon.
  2. Missing products from the order: The customer needs to raise the request within 24 hours of the time of delivery. We will ship the missing part of the order at the earliest after confirming the same with our operations team and order packing scans.
  3. Customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery: A refund of the order will be processed after deducting a conveyance fee (min Rs.100). If the processing fees exceed Rs.100 we will inform you before refunding.
  4. Incorrect delivery address/contact number: The customer is expected to provide the correct shipping address and contact number at the time of checkout. If he/she enters the wrong shipping address or contact number at the time of checkout, two cases may arise:
    1. Order is delivered to the wrong person: In such a case, Herbvilla is not liable to issue any refund to the customer.
    2. Order is returned back to us: If the shipment is returned back to our warehouse due to incorrect details, we will issue a refund after deducting a conveyance fee (minimum Rs.100, or more depending upon the order).
  5. Wrong item ordered by customer: We urge our customers to properly review the order before completing the transaction, as we do not accept returns due to the consumable and body application nature of the product. This is to ensure the products delivered to our customers are of high quality.

Note:

  1. All returned product(s) should be unused and should be sent back along with the original box to the address conveyed by the Customer Service Team.
  2. The refund/replacement process for any case will be initiated once we have received the product(s). Refund will be credited to the same account by which payment was done.
  3. Images display along with Products are only for general information purposes and can slightly differ from actual products in physical aspects such as size and color as the Natural items do not follow the same consistency every time.
